Five headings, and no numerical methods — the word does not appear anywhere in this paper’s syllabus, which makes it the one engineering paper here that asks none. Linear algebra, calculus, differential equations, complex variables, and probability and statistics. Vector calculus is yours even though it has no heading of its own: Stokes, Gauss, Green, the divergence theorem and the line, surface and volume integrals are all listed inside Calculus, which also names Fourier series — the one section of the Transforms chapter this paper asks. The Fourier, Laplace and z-transforms themselves are examinable, but as Signals and Systems rather than as mathematics.
