1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CareerCraft Labs platform, website, mobile applications, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. CareerCraft Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain false information.
3. Course Content & Intellectual Property
All content available on the Platform—including courses, videos, quizzes, text, graphics, logos, and software—is the intellectual property of CareerCraft Labs or its content creators and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may access course content solely for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written consent.
4. Payments & Pricing
Certain courses, certifications, and subscription plans on the Platform require payment. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. CareerCraft Labs reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of transaction.
5. Certifications
CareerCraft Labs offers certifications upon successful completion of designated courses and assessments. Certifications are issued based on performance criteria defined for each program. CareerCraft Labs does not guarantee that certifications will be recognized by any particular employer, institution, or regulatory body. Any misuse or fraudulent representation of certifications may result in revocation and account termination.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You shall not: (a) upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform; (d) share your account credentials with others; (e) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's functionality. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CareerCraft Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
CareerCraft Labs may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
