1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Careercraft Labs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Careercraft Labs is an AI-powered platform that provides skill verification tests, verified certificates, resume optimization, and recruiter tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Credits purchased (resume optimizations, certificates) are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Please contact support@careercraftlabs.org for refund requests.

5. Certificates & Credentials

Certificates issued by Careercraft Labs are based on AI-graded assessments. While we strive for accuracy, these certificates are not a substitute for professional certifications from recognized bodies. Misrepresentation of credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to test questions, AI-generated content, design, and software, is the property of Careercraft Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose; to share or distribute your credentials to others; to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; to submit false or misleading information; or to interfere with the operation of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Careercraft Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
