This paper has no single "Engineering Mathematics" section — probability and statistics, linear algebra, and calculus with optimisation are three of its own seven subjects, and probability and statistics alone carries roughly a fifth of the paper. Its linear algebra is the largest of any paper here — vector spaces, projection and orthogonal and idempotent matrices, quadratic forms, rank and nullity, LU and the singular value decomposition — and it is the second Linear Algebra chapter, written for exactly this list. The single-variable optimisation your Calculus heading names is covered, in the last section of the derivatives chapter. The machine-learning and AI sections of this paper are not.
