Refund Policy
Our commitment to transparency in purchases and refunds.
1. Digital Products – General Policy
All digital products offered on the CareerCraft Labs platform—including but not limited to courses, study materials, downloadable resources, and subscription plans—are non-refundable by default. Due to the nature of digital content, once access is granted, the product is considered delivered. We encourage you to review course descriptions, previews, and free content before making a purchase.
2. Course Refund Window
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for paid courses, provided that you have accessed less than 20% of the total course content (including videos, quizzes, and assignments). If you meet this criterion, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. Refund requests made after 7 days or after accessing 20% or more of the course content will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Certifications
Certification fees are non-refundable once an exam attempt has been initiated. If you have purchased a certification but have not yet attempted the exam, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Once you begin an exam attempt—regardless of the outcome—no refund will be issued. This policy applies to all certification programs offered on the Platform.
4. Subscription Plans
Subscription plan payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Platform until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
To request a refund, please email us at contact@aiwizard.in with your order details, registered email address, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exceptions
CareerCraft Labs reserves the right to grant exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in the event of: (a) technical issues on our Platform that prevented you from accessing purchased content; (b) duplicate or accidental purchases; or (c) any other circumstances where we determine a refund is warranted. Such exceptions are granted at our sole discretion.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by writing to contact@aiwizard.in with the subject line "Refund Dispute." We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the dispute amicably within 15 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India, in accordance with applicable Indian law.
